Credit must be given to myself when uploading.You are allowed to ask me for updates or wips on your commission.You may not use my art for commercial purposes (i.e. sell merchandise of it, resell the artwork, make t-shirts from it).
You may not claim the artwork as your own.I may reproduce and post your commissioned work as a way for self promotion, but I will never resell or reuse it. I will keep the copyright, but you keep the intellectual property of your commission.If you want your commission finished sooner rather than later we can discuss a rush fee, but you must let me know beforehand.Art cannot be defaced, traced, or re-created without the artist’s permission.The art alone cannot be resold for more than paid for.Adopts/Customs can be traded, resold, or gifted. It can be resold at a higher price, but only with extra artwork.If the design belongs to a species please refer to their rules and policies before commissioning or purchasing.

Refund Policy

Refunds are available if I am unable to complete the product. If you want a refund after I have moved on from the sketch phase, you will only get a partial refund based on how much work is finished. If the artwork/product is complete, refunds will not be available.Any charge backs will be an immediate blacklist.
